If we decide to establish our own business, there are many things that we should consider. One of them is the type of business that we want to establish. As we know that there are three types of business; service business, manufacturing business and merchandising business. All of t hem have different main operation, so you have carefully select it.

In doing the business, of course we cannot handle all the activities all by ourselves because in doing business, we still need help from other business to support our business activity. For example if we want to build a restaurant we still need other business to provide us with the raw food material like rice, vegetables and meat. We also need other business for example to clean up our restaurant trash bins.

The other examples if we want to establish a merchandising company, we of course need suppliers for the products we sell. There are many options of supplier if we want to establish merchandising, because if we want to only sell one type of product, we can choose one or two suppliers for the product, but if for example we want to sell furniture, we need to contact many suppliers for many different products that we want to sell.
